Online Coaching Programs

At OCAthlete we count everyone as an athlete and offer programs for everyone regardless of where your current level of fitness is at. We have programs for beginners through to advanced, for those wanting to compete for an Ironman spot in Hawaii, to those that simply want to finish their first 10k or marathon. Level 1

$75/month + $100 start up fee

Includes:

  • Initial consultation to review your history and goals
  • Unlimited e-mail contact
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Initial testing to determine your HR zones
  • Customized online training program using “Training Peaks” all designed around your goals or target races

Level 2

$150/month + $100 start up fee

Includes:

  • Initial consultation to review your history and goals
  • Unlimited e-mail contact
  • Two 45 minute coaching calls monthly
  • Unlimited “quick question” calls
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Initial testing to determine your HR zones
  • Customized online training program using “Training Peaks” all designed around your goals or target races
  • Weekly detailed analysis of your power meter files, food diaries & Training Peaks log

Level 3

$250/month + $150 Start up fee

Level 3 is the designed for those that want a coaching experience where you will work extremely closely with your coach. Providing “One on One” in person training sessions, weekly calls and constant analysis of your training data.

  • Four 45 minute coaching calls monthly

$80/hour

Coaching person to person is the best way to maximize learning and achieve the highest level of interaction. In Person Coaching takes many avenues and creative shapes ranging from specific training rides with a coach, personal strength and condition training, performance testing and even event support and management. Like our Training Clinics, an OCAthlete Coach can come to you or you can come to one of us.
